These terms govern purchases from vvktqk.com, operated by Shanghai Xianlexian Trading Co., Ltd. under the vvktqk™ brand.

Orders and Customer Details

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

An automated order receipt acknowledges submission and is not a dispatch notification. Read acceptance and fulfillment messages with your order details.

Product Information and Prices

Check listings for included contents, dimensions, materials, verified age guidance and warnings. Styling props are excluded unless expressly included. Screen settings may affect color appearance but do not excuse material differences or defects.

Review currency and charges before paying. If a material pricing or listing error is discovered, we will explain the correction and offer any required choice to proceed or receive a refund. Increased charges require authorization.

Delivery and Returns

Relevant policies and purchase terms describe shipping and any voluntary return offer. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and faulty-goods rights take precedence over conflicting terms.

Safe and Intended Use

Follow verified instructions and age labels, supervise play as appropriate and keep small parts away from children who mouth objects.

The campfire is for pretend play only and must not be used with flames or heat. Pet-care tools are not for use on real animals. Keep fingers clear of moving mechanisms and use cords only as instructed. Stop using damaged items. Safety guidance does not exclude rights concerning defective products.

Responsibility and Disputes

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and access to competent courts or available dispute-resolution bodies remain intact. Contact support so we can attempt to resolve an issue.

Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without an appropriate legal basis or your agreement.
