Shipping Policy

vvktqk™ · YOUR ORDER JOURNEY

Shipping Policy

This policy covers purchases placed at vvktqk.com.

Destinations and Charges

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. Review your complete address and final order total before payment. If no option is available for your address, contact us before ordering.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing takes place before carrier transit. Refer to estimates displayed for your purchase or supplied in order communications. If no estimate is shown, contact us before paying.

Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as a guaranteed service. Applicable legal delivery obligations remain unaffected.

Tracking and Address Corrections

Use tracking supplied in dispatch notifications, where available. A label may be created before the first carrier scan.

Notify us promptly of address errors. Corrections depend on fulfillment status. Any paid reshipment caused by a customer-supplied address error will be explained before it is arranged, subject to applicable law.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Weather, carrier disruption, customs and holidays may affect delivery. If tracking shows delivery but a parcel cannot be located, check nearby delivery areas, household members or reception, then contact us.

A delivered scan alone does not prevent investigation or remove consumer rights.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Contact us promptly with the order reference and issue description. Keep packaging where practicable and provide photos if available. Do not allow children to use damaged toys. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

International Duties and Taxes

Review import-charge information shown at checkout. Charges not included may be assessed by destination authorities or the carrier. Contact us before purchasing if responsibility for an import charge is unclear.
